Kevin O’Leary Clonmel, Main Opel Dealer, recently collaborated with Tipperary Town’s Clanwilliam F.C., donating a generous supply of rugby training balls to the club, courtesy of Opel Ireland. The presentation was attended by Irish rugby star and Opel brand ambassador, Amee Leigh Murphy Crowe, a Tipperary native herself. Opel, a proud sponsor of Irish Rugby and official car partner to the IRFU, is proud to support local clubs in Ireland with the provision of essential equipment that will make an immediate and meaningful impact on the vibrant rugby scene across Ireland.
Following the presentation, Amee Leigh Murphy Crowe, Opel’s dynamic brand ambassador, actively participated in coaching several aspiring youths during a training session. Her partaking not only added an extra layer of excitement to the event, it also created lasting memories that will linger in the minds of fans present that evening.
Speaking at the presentation, Maurice Crowe, Sales Manager at Kevin O'Leary Clonmel, said: “I am delighted to represent Kevin O’Leary Clonmel and Opel tonight. Our Dealership takes immense pride tonight in being a driving force behind local sports and community development. I look forward to further announcements on our engagement with other local rugby clubs in the near future.”
Expressing deep gratitude for Amee Leigh's unwavering support, he further stated: "Amee Leigh’s presence tonight has truly elevated this occasion for everyone. Competing on the world stage, it is an honour to meet her, and we really appreciate her enthusiasm. A heartfelt thank you to Amee Leigh from me and everyone at Kevin O’Leary Clonmel”.
Opel is delighted to strengthen its mission to donate Gilbert rugby balls to rugby clubs nationwide. Supporting Clanwilliam F.C. and having successfully visited several prominent clubs around Ireland already, Opel is now gearing up to extend its reach to even more clubs in the months ahead. Opel's goal is clear: to strengthen the bond with Irish rugby and actively empower the future stars of Irish rugby by supporting local rugby clubs.
